Senior Blockchain Developer Needed - ongoing jobs

We run a small but rapidly expanding web-3 studio and I’m looking for one experienced blockchain engineer I can rely on for a steady stream of work. The assignments range from writing and testing production-grade smart contracts to troubleshooting main-net deployments, building full dApps, and occasionally reviewing other developers’ code for security and gas optimisation. Because our clients come with very different ideas, you should be comfortable jumping between chains such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or even Polkadot when required, and you’ll likely touch Solidity most days, with Rust or Go popping up on some specialty jobs. If you have strengths in only one of those stacks, that’s fine—we can shape early tasks around your core expertise and then branch out together. Typical week-to-week work might involve: • Designing and unit-testing new smart contracts • Integrating on-chain logic with React or Next.js front ends through web3.js or ethers.js • Preparing migration scripts, verifying contracts on block explorers, and setting up CI for automated tests • Investigating failed transactions or odd state changes and producing a concise post-mortem for the client All code must be clean, easily auditable, and pushed to our private GitHub repo with clear commit messages. I handle project management and client communication, so you can focus on shipping solid code on time.
