Job Title: Senior Business Analyst, ERP & Procurement Systems Location: Remote Employment Type: Hourly The Celito Team architects the buildout of simplified, integrated, and compliant technology stacks. With both consulting and products, our expertise can help our customers save time and money as they move from strategic Clinical & Quality management all the way to widespread and profitable commercialization. JOB OVERVIEW The Senior Business Analyst, ERP & Procurement Systems is a client-facing systems and finance leader who partners with clients and Celito's Enterprise Applications team to deliver compliant, scalable ERP solutions across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and R&D operations in regulated life sciences environments. The primary focus of this role is serving as the bridge between client business stakeholders and technical teams, translating finance and operational requirements into well-configured NetSuite ERP and procurement solutions, and standing beside clients as they move from research-stage to commercial enterprise. This is a front-facing role: the ideal candidate pairs strong hands-on NetSuite experience with the accounting judgment of a CPA and a genuine customer-service orientation, and can manage multiple client programs simultaneously while keeping stakeholders informed and confident. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement: • Partner with client Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Compliance teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. • Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring system solutions are compliant, scalable, and aligned with regulatory requirements. • Lead process mapping, gap analysis, and future-state design initiatives. • Guide clients through the transition from a research-stage organization to a commercial enterprise, serving as a strategic partner on commercial launch readiness, systems scalability, and regulatory compliance initiatives. NetSuite ERP & Procurement Systems: • Serve as a functional expert for NetSuite modules, including Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Inventory & Supply Chain. • Lead the implementation and optimization of NetSuite modules (Inventory, Intercompany, Revenue), including process design and training of cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption and data integrity. • Configure and support workflows, saved searches, reports, roles, and permissions. • Support integrations with Coupa, banking systems, and third-party applications. Finance & Accounting Operations (CPA): • Own product and inventory accounting operations within NetSuite, including maintenance of product master data, Bills of Materials (BOMs), standard and actual cost sheets, inventory costing, and detailed variance analysis. • Apply CPA-level accounting judgment across the general ledger, revenue recognition, and cost accounting to keep system configuration aligned with US GAAP. • Support month-end, quarter-end, and audit activities; partner with client controllers and external auditors to ensure timely, well-documented close cycles. • Advise clients on SOX controls, segregation of duties, and IPO-readiness as they scale, translating financial-reporting requirements into system configuration and reporting. Testing, Deployment & Support: • Lead UAT planning and execution, defect management, and sign-off. • Develop training materials and conduct end-user training. • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement. Client Engagement & Service: • Operate as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned ERP engagements; manage deliverables, timelines, and client communications with limited oversight once direction is set. • Build trusted, responsive relationships with client stakeholders, from finance staff to executives, and represent Celito with professionalism at every touchpoint. • Lead client meetings, requirement sessions, and status updates; translate fluently between technical and non-technical audiences. • Maintain organized engagement documentation, including project plans, requirement documents, review trackers, action item logs, and status reports across all active client programs. • Deliver a high-quality client-service experience by anticipating needs, communicating proactively, and resolving issues before they escalate. • Identify opportunities within client organizations where Celito can provide additional systems or advisory support; communicate findings through appropriate channels. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems required; advanced degree preferred. • CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred, with a working command of US GAAP, revenue recognition, and cost and inventory accounting. • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments. • Hands-on functional experience with NetSuite ERP (minimum 3-5 years). • Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Procure-to-Pay processes, including month-end close and audit support. • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical audiences and leading client meetings with confidence. • Strong customer-service orientation; responsive, professional, and trusted as a day-to-day client partner. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented with a strong compliance mindset and the ability to manage multiple initiatives across several clients in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in public or pre-IPO pharmaceutical/biotech companies, and knowledge of GxP, SOX, and validation frameworks, preferred. • Experience in a consulting or multi-client environment is a plus but not required.
