Senior CRM & Business Technology Consultant (Strategy & Solution Design) - GHL

Overview We are looking for a senior consultant to help us design the technology strategy for a growing group of companies. This is not an implementation project. Our goal is to find someone who can understand our businesses, analyze current processes, identify opportunities, and design the best technology ecosystem before any implementation begins. GoHighLevel will likely be one of the platforms involved, but we are not looking for someone who simply knows how to configure GHL. We need someone who can determine what should be implemented, how it should be implemented, and which technologies should be used. About Us We operate multiple businesses in different industries, including healthcare, insurance, telecommunications, contact center operations, real estate, and other service-based businesses. Each business has different operational needs, but we believe many processes can be standardized through the right combination of CRM, automation, AI, reporting, and systems integration. What You'll Do Your role is to design—not implement—the future operating model. You'll work with our team to understand each business, evaluate current processes, identify opportunities, and propose a scalable solution. This may include CRM architecture, customer journeys, marketing and sales automation, omnichannel communication (including WhatsApp), dashboards, reporting, AI opportunities, business process improvements, documentation, and implementation roadmaps. We expect recommendations based on business needs—not limited to a single platform. Deliverables The first phase should result in clear documentation that allows future implementation projects to be executed in phases across our different business units. Typical deliverables may include process maps, technology recommendations, solution architecture, automation opportunities, priorities, and implementation plans. Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who thinks like a consultant rather than a software implementer. You should have experience designing CRM and business technology solutions, documenting processes, improving operations, and recommending scalable architectures. Experience with GoHighLevel is important, but broader knowledge of CRM, automation, integrations, AI, and business systems is even more valuable.
