Senior CRO & Experimentation Analyst (A/B Testing, Analytics & Dashboard Reporting) We are looking for an experienced CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) expert to help us build and manage a scalable experimentation program across multiple brands and marketing funnels. This is not a one-off project. We manage multiple companies across different industries, including telemedicine, and we need someone who can create a repeatable system for testing, measurement, reporting, and optimization. What We Need Our goal is simple: We want to consistently run meaningful split tests, accurately interpret the results, and make data-driven decisions that improve conversion rates. Many of our clients operate on different CRMs, websites, landing page builders, analytics platforms, and technology stacks. You should be comfortable working across a variety of environments and recommending the best testing approach regardless of the platform being used. Responsibilities * Develop a standardized CRO testing framework * Set up and manage A/B tests across multiple websites and landing pages * Recommend testing tools and software * Analyze test results and determine statistical significance * Build dashboards that clearly communicate insights and next actions * Monitor funnel performance and identify opportunities for improvement * Create testing roadmaps and prioritization frameworks * Work with our marketing, design, and development teams to implement tests * Provide actionable recommendations based on data Experience We're Looking For * Strong CRO and experimentation background * Experience with A/B testing platforms such as VWO, Optimizely, Convert, AB Tasty, etc. * Advanced knowledge of GA4, GTM, and marketing attribution * Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools * Understanding of statistical significance and experiment design * Experience working across multiple CRMs and tech stacks * Ability to translate complex data into simple business decisions Bonus Experience * Telemedicine or healthcare marketing * Direct-response marketing * High-volume paid traffic funnels * HubSpot * GoHighLevel * Hyros * Mixpanel * Segment * Microsoft Clarity * Hotjar Success Looks Like We want a system where: * Tests are consistently being launched * Results are clearly measured * Insights are easy to understand * Winning variations are implemented quickly * Stakeholders can easily view performance through dashboards To Apply Please include: 1.
