Senior Client Success, Sales & Operations Manager NAVA MGMT NAVA MGMT is a business growth, operations, and consulting company that helps established businesses build systems, improve performance, streamline operations, strengthen teams, and scale sustainably. We are looking for an exceptional individual. This is not a traditional Client Success role. This is not an Executive Assistant role. This is not a Project Manager role. We are looking for a true right hand to the Founder — someone who can manage client relationships, drive sales, oversee operations, implement systems, build structure, lead projects, leverage AI tools, and help move the company forward every single day. We are looking for a high-performer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, takes ownership, and is excited by growth and responsibility. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Client Success & Relationship Management * Serve as a primary point of contact for clients * Lead onboarding and implementation processes * Conduct client meetings and follow-up communications * Ensure client satisfaction and retention * Monitor project progress, deliverables, and deadlines * Identify challenges and proactively provide solutions * Build strong long-term client relationships Sales & Business Development * Conduct sales calls and discovery meetings * Manage leads and sales opportunities * Prepare proposals, agreements, and presentations * Guide prospects through the sales process from inquiry to close * Maintain and update CRM systems * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities * Build strategic partnerships and business relationships * Support company growth initiatives and outreach efforts Operations & Project Management * Manage multiple projects simultaneously * Coordinate between clients, team members, vendors, and partners * Build and improve operational systems and workflows * Track project progress and ensure accountability * Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions * Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and internal processes * Ensure projects move forward efficiently and on schedule CRM, Automation & Systems Management * Manage and optimize CRM platforms * Build and maintain automations, workflows, and pipelines * Create reporting systems and dashboards * Train clients and team members on CRM usage * Troubleshoot system issues and improve efficiency * Leverage AI and technology to improve productivity and operations Training & Leadership * Create training materials and onboarding resources * Train team members and clients on systems and processes * Lead implementation and adoption of new procedures * Promote accountability and operational excellence * Support team development and continuous improvement Executive Support * Act as a strategic partner to the Founder * Conduct research and gather information for decision-making * Help prioritize initiatives and company objectives * Lead special projects from planning to execution * Take ownership of critical responsibilities across the business ⸻ Required Qualifications * Excellent spoken and written English * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proven experience in client-facing roles * Proven sales experience * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities * High level of accountability and ownership * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Professional presence and confidence when speaking with clients and executives * Strong technology skills and ability to learn new platforms quickly ⸻ Preferred Qualifications * Experience with GoHighLevel * Experience with ClickUp * Experience with Monday.com * Experience with HubSpot * Experience building CRM automations and workflows * Experience in consulting, agency, or professional services environments * Experience managing projects or teams * Strong understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms ⸻ Fast-Paced Environment This role requires someone who performs exceptionally well in a fast-moving environment. You must be comfortable managing multiple clients, projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
