NOW HIRING – SENIOR OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (BILINGUAL) Remote Position | Immediate Opening Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Paid Holidays + Performance Bonuses We are a rapidly growing company in the restoration, public adjusting, and home services industry seeking a highly organized and dependable Senior Operations Coordinator to support daily operations and assist homeowners during challenging situations involving their properties. This is a key leadership-support role, not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, professional, and committed to growing long-term with our team. Key Responsibilities: • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text communication • Coordinate restoration and home service operations efficiently • Assist homeowners and clients with scheduling, updates, and support • Maintain organization across multiple projects, files, and systems • Help oversee and support at least one additional team member • Follow up consistently to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time • Work directly with management to keep operations running smoothly Qualifications: • Fluent English REQUIRED (spoken and written) • Bilingual REQUIRED (English/Spanish preferred) • Strong communication and customer service skills • Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Previous experience in operations, coordination, dispatching, restoration, insurance, home services, or public adjusting preferred • Stable work history and strong references preferred • Must be reliable, responsive, professional, and solution-oriented What We Offer: • Fully remote/work-from-home position • Long-term career growth opportunities • Paid training (2 weeks) • Paid holidays • Performance-based bonuses • Advancement opportunities into leadership and management roles We are looking for someone who takes pride in helping people, staying organized under pressure, and being a reliable part of a growing team.
