Senior Creative Strategist (DTC / Meta Ads)

Location: Remote (Full-Time) At Siba Consulting, we help some of the fastest-growing DTC brands scale through high-performing creative. We're not looking for someone to simply write scripts. We're looking for a Senior Creative Strategist who lives and breathes direct-response marketing, understands consumer psychology, and knows how to consistently develop winning creative concepts that scale. You'll work directly with the founder and become one of the key people responsible for improving creative performance across our client portfolio. What you'll be doing: - Develop high-converting creative concepts for DTC brands across multiple niches. - Conduct in-depth customer, competitor, and market research. - Turn Meta Ads performance data into new concepts and iterations. - Work closely with editors, creators, designers, and project managers to bring concepts to life. - Continuously analyze performance and improve creative based on data. - Help raise the overall standard of creative strategy across the team. What we're looking for: - 3+ years of experience in creative strategy for DTC/eCommerce brands. - Proven track record of creating winning Meta creatives. - Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and consumer psychology. - Comfortable analyzing Meta Ads performance data and identifying patterns. - Excellent research skills and ability to uncover customer insights. - Strong communication skills. - Fluent written and spoken English. - Available to work full-time and exclusively with our agency. - Bonus Points - Experience working with brands spending $250k+/month on Meta. - Experience working inside a performance marketing agency. - Experience mentoring other strategists or reviewing creative work.
