Senior Creative Strategist (DTC E-commerce)

No agencies. Individuals only. We're looking for a senior Creative Strategist with proven experience helping 7 and 8-figure DTC brands scale through winning ad creatives. This role is all about building a creative engine that consistently produces high-performing ads. What you'll do • Develop new angles, hooks, concepts, and potentially offers • Create clear briefs for editors, designers, and creators • Analyze ad performance and identify winning patterns • Turn winning creatives into structured iteration and testing loops • Conduct competitor and customer research • Work closely with the media buying team to improve performance • Build and manage a pipeline of concepts, tests, and iterations What we're looking for • Proven experience as a Creative Strategist for DTC brands • Strong understanding of Meta advertising and creative testing • Ability to use data to make creative decisions • Deep understanding of direct response marketing and consumer psychology • Strong communication and organizational skills • Experience working with brands spending significant budgets What this is NOT • Not a copywriter role • Not a video editor role • Not a social media manager role • Not an agency position We're looking for someone who understands why ads win, why they lose, and how to continuously create new winners.
