Summary

We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join our fast-growing direct-to-consumer skincare business. This role sits at the intersection of creative, performance marketing, and customer psychology. You will be responsible for developing winning creative strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across paid social channels. As the Creative Strategist, you will serve as the key connector between our Media Buyer, Graphic Designer, and Video Editor, ensuring that creative production is aligned with performance insights and business objectives. ### Responsibilities * Develop and own the creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, and other paid acquisition channels. * Analyze advertising performance data and translate insights into new creative concepts, angles, hooks, and testing frameworks. * Build creative briefs and clearly communicate direction to designers, editors, and content creators. * Collaborate closely with the media buying team to identify opportunities for scaling winning creatives. * Research competitors, market trends, customer behavior, and emerging advertising strategies. * Create and maintain creative testing roadmaps and performance reporting systems. * Ensure all creative assets align with brand positioning while maximizing conversion performance. ### Requirements * 3+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist, Growth Creative Strategist, or similar role within a DTC brand or agency environment. * Proven track record of developing high-performing paid social creatives. * Strong understanding of direct-response marketing, consumer psychology, and conversion-focused advertising. * Ability to interpret performance metrics and turn data into actionable creative decisions. * Excellent communication and project management skills. * Experience working closely with designers, video editors, UGC creators, and media buyers. ### Nice to Have * Experience in the skincare, beauty, health, or wellness industries. * Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and creative analytics tools. * Experience scaling brands generating seven or eight figures in annual revenue. We're looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with creative intuition—someone who understands that great creative is the biggest lever for growth in modern DTC brands.
