As a Customer Support/Success Specialist it is crucial to have a genuine passion for assisting people and resolving issues. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential to effectively support customers with their inquiries and concerns. Additionally, it is beneficial to dedicate spare time to stay informed about product knowledge and adopting the best practices in customer service. This includes exploring opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our B2B clients via Intercom. Your main tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer inquiries, following up with technical solutions. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience as a customer support/success is a must • Experience with Intercom chat • Good eye for details and sense of ownership • Ability to work under stressful situations independently with a good time management • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal • High cognitive and technical skills • High level of empathy • Skill to concentrate and to be extremely attentive and persistent to find, read, remember, put into practice an information from diverse sources • Very good memory, critical thinking + logic
