About Us We are Softmatch.ai, an AI-powered recruitment platform that helps organizations make better hiring decisions using validated assessments, competency-based matching, and artificial intelligence. We are looking for an experienced Product/UI/UX Designer to completely redesign our SaaS platform. This is NOT a website design project—we are redesigning the actual application that recruiters, hiring managers, and HR professionals use every day. Project We have an existing platform with strong functionality, but we want to significantly improve the overall user experience, visual design, usability, consistency, and scalability. The goal is to create a modern, intuitive enterprise SaaS product that users enjoy working with. You'll work closely with our product team to rethink workflows, improve navigation, simplify complex processes, and design a premium user experience. What You'll Design The platform includes features such as: Candidate management AI candidate matching Personality & competency assessments Vacancy management Talent pools Internal mobility Dashboards & analytics Reports User & permission management Search & filtering AI recommendations Multi-language support Responsibilities Redesign the complete product experience Improve UX flows and user journeys Design modern, clean and scalable interfaces Create reusable design components Build or improve a design system Deliver high-fidelity UI designs in Figma Design responsive layouts Collaborate with our development team for implementation Requirements We're looking for someone who has: Proven experience designing SaaS platforms or enterprise software Strong UX thinking (not just beautiful UI) Excellent Figma skills Experience creating design systems Experience with dashboards and data-heavy interfaces Ability to simplify complex workflows Strong communication skills Fluent English Nice to Have Experience designing products in one or more of these areas: HR Tech Recruitment software ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) CRM software AI-powered applications B2B SaaS products Deliverables Complete redesign of the platform UX improvements UI component library Design system Interactive Figma prototype Developer-ready designs To Apply Please include: Your portfolio (especially SaaS or enterprise products) 2–3 projects similar to this Your approach to redesigning an existing SaaS application Your estimated timeline Your hourly rate or fixed-price estimate Applications without a relevant portfolio will not be considered.
