We're Hiring: Senior BI Developer / Senior Data Analyst (Power BI) 📍 Remote (Work From Home) 🕒 Must be available to work UK hours (approximately 4 PM–1 AM or 3 PM to 12 MN PHT) ⚡ Immediate Joiners and Freelancers (Preferred) We're looking for a Senior BI Developer / Senior Data Analyst who can transform complex data into meaningful business insights. If you're passionate about building high-performing Power BI solutions, writing efficient SQL, and solving business problems—not just creating reports—we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Build and optimize scalable, high-performance Power BI dashboards. Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL and Snowflake. Design clean data models and write efficient DAX. Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into impactful reporting solutions. Deliver dashboards that drive business decisions, not just display data. What We're Looking For Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling. Experience with DAX, dashboard performance optimization, and data visualization best practices. Working knowledge of Snowflake. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, consulting-style environment. Bonus Points You challenge unclear requirements and recommend better solutions. You prioritize clean, scalable data models over overly complex DAX.
