Senior Elementor Developer — Solo, Brand & Copy Already Finished (Corporate/B2B, ~90–140 hrs)

We are rebuilding our corporate site, cognita.io, on WordPress + Elementor. We are looking for ONE senior implementer — an individual, not an agency and not a team. WHAT IS ALREADY FINISHED (this is the point) Our logo, brand identity, colour system with contrast rules, type stack, and complete site copy are all done — created in-house. You will not be asked to originate identity, run discovery, or write copy. Everything is written down and handed to you at kickoff. THE SPLIT: ~30% BRAND AND ART IMPLEMENTATION / ~70% FULL SITE IMPLEMENTATION Brand and art implementation (30%) — build exactly what is handed to you. Logo, colour system, type stack, contrast rules, protected terminology and all copy arrive as written specification documents. Nothing is originated on this half; it is executed to the letter. Full site implementation (70%): - Designing, creating and developing all website pages - Making the website fully responsive across all devices - Creating the custom graphics and imagery throughout the site - Developing the animations and interactive elements - Completing the technical implementation, including building the site as a clean, reusable and maintainable platform across all industry leading browsers and mobile sessions: global colours and global fonts configured properly, header/footer templates, reusable section templates, an exportable Elementor kit, and performance that holds - Final refinement, testing, QA and launch SCOPE - Home page, approximately 10 sections - About Us page, approximately 10 sections - Privacy Policy page - Global header and footer - Custom graphics and imagery throughout the site - Animations and interactive elements - Exportable Elementor kit (we have a second property and want one component vocabulary) - Fully responsive across all devices - Tested and working across all industry-leading browsers and mobile sessions - Final refinement, testing and QA - Launch cutover on an existing live domain This is a NEW BUILD, not a migration. Our current site runs Divi. Nothing is being ported — copy and imagery carry over, all layouts and builder structure are new. HARD REQUIREMENTS - Self-hosted fonts. No calls to fonts.googleapis.com or fonts.gstatic.com anywhere on the site. We are EU-facing and this is a compliance requirement, not a preference. - Global-first Elementor. Global colours, global fonts, and templates. Per-section inline styling will not be accepted. - All working files and source assigned to us on payment. - You work in a named user account on our hosting. We hold the account. COMMERCIAL TERMS $85–125/hr against a HARD CAP of $18,000. Hours reported weekly against the cap. No work beyond the cap is authorised or payable without a signed written increase. We estimate 90–140 hours. After launch we would like to keep you on for small updates across both of our sites — ad hoc, hourly, no retainer and no minimum commitment.
