Manage and optimize email campaigns to drive revenue and engagement. Write and review high-converting email copy. Oversee email design and campaign implementation. Manage client communication through written and verbal channels. Monitor and improve email deliverability. Troubleshoot deliverability issues when they arise. Stay up to date with industry trends, AI tools, and emerging email marketing strategies. Requirements: Extensive experience working with e-commerce brands. Strong background in email marketing strategy. Hands-on experience with copywriting, email design, and implementation. Advanced knowledge of ESPs, particularly Klaviyo. Experience communicating directly with clients. Understanding of email deliverability best practices. Familiarity with AI tools and how they can improve marketing workflows.
