Senior Executive Assistants

We are seeking highly capable, proactive, and exceptionally reliable Executive Assistants. This role requires outstanding organizational skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities while serving as a trusted partner in a fast-paced, high-performance remote environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. - Manage executive inboxes, prioritize communications, and draft professional correspondence. - Coordinate projects, deadlines, and follow-up actions across multiple stakeholders. - Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and documentation for executive review. - Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, partners, and internal teams. - Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. - Anticipate executive needs, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions. - Support operational and administrative initiatives that improve business efficiency and productivity. - Utilize AI tools and modern productivity technologies to streamline workflows and enhance performance. Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years of Executive Assistant experience, including at least 2 recent years supporting US-based executives, founders, or leadership teams. - Expert proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365. - Strong familiarity with modern productivity, project management, and communication tools. - Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. - Demonstrated discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and resourceful approach to work. - Polished, client-ready English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Comfortable interacting directly with clients, business partners, and senior stakeholders. For Every Professional: - Proven employment stability, with a minimum of two years of tenure in each prior role. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Advanced, hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to enhance work performance and productivity. - A reliable home office setup, including high-speed internet, professional equipment, and a quiet working environment. - Strong and consistent availability during US business hours.
