Senior GoHighLevel Technical Implementation Specialist (Spanish Preferred)

About Us We are Sr Brander, a premium branding agency based in Mexico. We help hotels, real estate developers, aesthetic clinics, and premium consumer brands build strong brands. Our sales process already works well. Most of our leads come from Meta Ads and start conversations through WhatsApp. Our goal is not to reinvent our sales process. Our goal is to translate an already defined business process into a clean, scalable, and well-documented GoHighLevel implementation. ⸻ What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a Senior GoHighLevel Technical Implementation Specialist. This is not a marketing position. This is not a sales position. This is not a copywriting position. This is a technical implementation role. We will provide the business logic, customer journey, qualification process, and sales workflow. Your responsibility is to transform that into a high-quality GoHighLevel implementation. Preference will be given to candidates located in Latin America or those who speak fluent Spanish, as this project involves close collaboration with our Spanish-speaking team. ⸻ Phase One Scope The first phase of the project focuses on replacing our current manual lead management process. Deliverables include: * GoHighLevel account setup * CRM architecture * Pipelines * Custom fields * Tags * Opportunity stages * Calendars * Meta Ads integration * WhatsApp integration * Lead routing * Qualification workflows * Appointment booking * Internal notifications * Basic dashboards * Testing * Documentation * Team training Future phases may include AI agents, reporting, advanced automations, and business intelligence. ⸻ Required Experience You should have experience with: * GoHighLevel * CRM implementation * WhatsApp integrations * Meta Ads lead flows * Workflow automation * Calendars * Pipelines * APIs (preferred) * Documentation ⸻ Communication This project requires frequent strategy and implementation meetings. Spanish is strongly preferred. If you are not a native Spanish speaker, you must have professional Spanish or exceptionally clear English. Good communication is just as important as technical skills. ⸻ Agencies Agencies are welcome. However: * The person interviewed must be the person leading the implementation. * If another team member will build the system, we need to interview that person before hiring. Important We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to build workflows. We’re looking for someone who builds clean systems that are scalable, maintainable, and well documented.
