Senior Graphic Designer

We're looking for a freelance graphic designer we can build a long-term relationship with on someone we bring in on a project-by-project basis as things come up. Some months are busy, some are quiet, but the right person becomes our go-to for anything creative. First project (available now): a full redesign of our product packaging. Ongoing work after that could include: - Product packaging, hangtags, and unboxing inserts / thank-you cards - Custom illustrations (characters, patterns, scenes, spot art) Stickers and sticker sheets - Static graphics for social media (Instagram, TikTok covers, carousels) - Merch and print graphics - Email and website graphics - Any other creative graphic design we dream up Who we're looking for: - A real artist someone with genuine imagination and a distinct point of view, not templated or AI-generated "filler" work - Strong illustration range (this matters a lot to us) - An eye for bold color, playful type, and designs that make people stop and smile - Someone who can take a loose brief and run with it creatively, then nail the details Nice to have: - Experience with CPG / apparel packaging and print-production files - Character design or hand-illustration style - Knowledge of sticker / die-cut / print specs - Familiarity with DTC / e-commerce brands Logistics: 100% remote, freelance / project-based, ongoing Paid per project or hourly your call, just be clear on rates We move fast and value good communication To apply, please send: Your portfolio (link) we care most about illustration + packaging Your hourly rate and typical project pricing Rough turnaround times / current availability One line on which piece in your portfolio you're most proud of and why We review portfolios first, so lead with your best work. 🚀
