Senior Growth Marketing Manager About the Role We're looking for an experienced Senior Growth Marketing to drive customer acquisition, optimize marketing performance, and build scalable growth systems. You'll work directly with our U.S.-based Fractional Head of Growth, gaining mentorship while leading day-to-day growth execution and helping shape the future of our marketing organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, email, and emerging channels. Develop and scale content marketing initiatives, including blogs, landing pages, social content, lead magnets, case studies, and thought leadership that generate demand and improve organic growth. Own the marketing funnel by identifying bottlenecks, improving conversion rates, and optimizing customer journeys. Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across ads, landing pages, email campaigns, website experiences, messaging, and creative assets. Rapidly iterate campaigns based on performance data, customer feedback, and experimentation results. Analyze marketing performance using GA4, CRM, and attribution tools to uncover insights and guide decision-making. Build scalable marketing systems, automation workflows, dashboards, and repeatable growth processes using AI and modern marketing tools. Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Design, and Engineering teams to accelerate business growth. Mentor junior marketers, document best practices, and help build a high-performing Growth team. Partner closely with the Fractional Head of Growth to execute strategy and progressively become the operational growth leader. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Demand Generation. Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition and revenue through data-driven marketing. Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, SEO, content marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing analytics. Deep understanding of growth experimentation, A/B testing methodologies, and rapid iteration. Experience building and optimizing marketing funnels across the full customer lifecycle. Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and AI tools (e.g., Claude,HubSpot, GoHighLevel) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable growth strategies. Excellent communication, project management, and English language skills. Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced startup environment. Preferred Experience B2B, SaaS, Marketplace, HR Tech, Recruitment, or startup environments. Managing marketing budgets and KPIs such as CAC, CPL, ROAS, MQLs, SQLs, LTV, and conversion rates. Leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring marketing team members.
