Senior Hardware Engineer Needed to Debug CP2102N USB Enumeration Failure on Custom RFID PCB

We are looking for an experienced hardware and PCB engineer to troubleshoot a USB connection issue on a custom RFID reader board. The board uses a USB-to-UART interface and is currently not being recognized correctly by Windows or Linux. We suspect the issue may be related to the USB power section or PCB implementation, but the full design needs to be reviewed. The selected engineer will review the schematic and PCB layout, identify the root cause, recommend the best fix, and update the design files if required. The work may include either preparing files for a PCB respin or providing clear rework instructions for the existing prototype boards. We are looking for someone with strong experience in custom PCB debugging, USB hardware design, board bring-up, and Altium Designer. Experience with CP2102N or similar USB interface devices is preferred. RFID hardware experience is helpful but not required.
