NOTE: All applications outside of Upwork will not be considered. We are an Australian and New Zealand B2B growth agency and HubSpot Solutions Partner. We are looking for a senior, client-facing HubSpot Solutions Architect based in Pakistan or the Philippines to lead commercial discovery, HubSpot audits, solution design, demonstrations, project scoping and implementation blueprinting. This is not a HubSpot administrator role. You must be able to understand how a B2B company makes money, how its sales and marketing teams operate, and how HubSpot should be designed to support its commercial model. What you will do *Audit existing HubSpot portals and prepare gap analyses *Lead discovery workshops with business owners and sales and marketing leaders *Understand complex B2B sales and account-management processes *Design HubSpot solutions across Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations/Data and Content Hubs *Recommend appropriate HubSpot products, tiers, seats and integrations *Deliver tailored HubSpot demonstrations *Work with HubSpot sales and technical teams to align solutions *Produce detailed scopes of work with assumptions, exclusions and acceptance criteria *Create implementation blueprints for pipelines, lifecycle stages, segmentation, automation, reporting, migration and integrations *Hand projects over cleanly to the implementation team *Help convert clients into the company's ongoing Care Points support service You must have *Strong HubSpot experience across multiple Hubs *Proven experience leading B2B discovery and requirements workshops *Strong commercial understanding of sales, marketing and account management *Proven experience writing detailed SOWs and implementation blueprints *Excellent spoken and written English *Confidence working directly with senior client stakeholders *Experience working within a HubSpot partner, *RevOps consultancy or CRM consultancy This role is not suitable for: *HubSpot admins who only configure portals *Developers without B2B commercial experience *Candidates who cannot demonstrate detailed scoping work *Candidates who rely on generic HubSpot templates without understanding the client’s business *Application requirements Please include: *A summary of two B2B HubSpot projects where you led discovery and solution design *A redacted example of a scope, blueprint or solution architecture document *A five-minute Loom video explaining how you would scope a manufacturing business with a long sales cycle, multiple customer segments and an *ERP integration *Your current HubSpot certifications *Your location, availability and working-hour overlap with Sydney *Your expected hourly or monthly rate Applicants who do not provide the requested evidence will not progress.
