Senior AI-Human Operations VA for Multi-Brand Ecommerce, Support and Payment Ops

When support threads, payment warnings, platform tickets, supplier issues, customer escalations, and launch tasks pile up across multiple brands, we need one senior operator who can bring order fast. This is not a basic VA role. We run multiple ecommerce and service brands. The work moves across inboxes, customer support, Upwork/vendor coordination, payment/KYC issues, order problems, refunds, chargebacks, screenshots, trackers, and launch tasks. We need someone who thinks clearly, uses AI every day, and still verifies everything like a human operator. AI is part of the job. Blind AI replies are not. You will use AI to summarize, research, draft, compare, organize, and prepare. But anything going to a customer, platform, payment provider, contractor, or partner must be checked against the facts first. What You’ll Own Daily cross-brand operations brief: what happened, what is blocked, what needs Ben today Inbox and support triage across 3-4 brands Platform tickets and account issues, including Upwork, payment providers, and support portals Draft replies for customers, platforms, vendors, and contractors Evidence packs with screenshots, dates, account names, links, balances, IDs, and exact next actions Payment/KYC/chargeback trackers Follow-ups so important issues do not die in inboxes Simple process improvements so the same problem is easier next time You Are A Fit If You already use AI tools every week for real client work You can turn messy context into a clean one-page operator brief You can spot what is risky, missing, or unsupported You can work across multiple brands without mixing up names, accounts, emails, or policies You write clearly and directly You know when to act and when to escalate You are comfortable with ecommerce, customer support, payment issues, refunds, disputes, and platform tickets You Are Not A Fit If Your main AI skill is writing polished generic replies You send messages without checking the facts You need every task explained step by step You treat chargebacks, KYC, account suspensions, legal threats, or payment issues like normal admin You write long reports that do not make the next action obvious You want to “manage” work but not operate inside the details AI Rule We are only hiring people who already use AI to produce verified work. Do not apply if your AI use is limited to writing generic text. We need someone who can research, cross-check, build trackers, draft responses, inspect evidence, and explain where AI might be wrong. AI can prepare the work. A human must verify the work. Important Escalation Boundaries You must not make final decisions alone on: refunds above an agreed threshold chargebacks or payment disputes KYC/KYB submissions account suspensions or platform bans legal claims financial commitments anything involving identity, card ownership, or payment-method mismatch Your job is to prepare the cleanest possible brief, draft, and evidence pack so the right decision can be made quickly.
