Senior IAM Advisor with WorkOS experience (SSO/SCIM): B2B SaaS

We're a B2B SaaS adopting WorkOS as our identity layer. We need a senior advisor to guide the architecture and review our decisions, ensuring alignment with best practices. The role involves providing strategic advice and supporting our team in implementing WorkOS effectively. Key areas: multi-tenant modeling with WorkOS Organizations and structuring WorkOS environments across our deployment setup, enterprise SSO (SAML/OIDC), SCIM/Directory Sync onboarding, AuthKit, and JIT provisioning, with a strong security focus. Must have: hands-on production WorkOS experience (AuthKit, SSO, Directory Sync), solid OIDC/OAuth2 and SAML fundamentals, and multi-tenant B2B SaaS architecture.
