We're growing fast and need a senior marketing operator — not an ad buyer — to own the marketing engine across a high-volume client portfolio. The Role You will manage approximately 20 active client accounts simultaneously. This is a high-volume, execution-heavy role that requires deep marketing expertise, strong creative instincts, and the ability to develop and drive full-funnel strategy across diverse brands and categories. You are not client-facing. You will work closely with our internal account managers who own the client relationships. Your job is to be the marketing brain behind the accounts — developing strategy, directing creative, and handing account managers clear, confident recommendations they can take directly into client conversations. The quality of your thinking shapes what clients hear. What You'll Own Full-funnel marketing strategy across all assigned accounts — from awareness and consideration through conversion and retention Amazon advertising execution: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP Audience targeting strategy: keyword architecture, competitor targeting, demographic and interest-based targeting via DSP Creative development direction: product imagery, A+ content, brand store design, video, and ad creative — briefing and guiding creative assets that convert Listing optimization strategy: titles, bullets, search terms, and positioning relative to the competitive set Launch strategy and ramp plans for new product introductions Promotional planning: Lightning Deals, Coupons, Subscribe & Save, and seasonal campaign architecture Brand positioning input: translating each brand's identity into Amazon-native execution that feels intentional, not generic Daily account health monitoring: ACOS, TACOS, CVR, Buy Box %, BSR, IPI, and review velocity Internal strategy briefs and performance updates delivered to account managers on a defined cadence Proactive identification of creative gaps, targeting inefficiencies, and growth opportunities — before they surface as client issues What We're Looking For 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong Amazon focus — advertising, creative strategy, and brand positioning combined Proven ability to develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategy, not just manage campaigns Experience directing or collaborating on creative development: ad creative, A+ content, brand stores, and product imagery Comfortable managing $50K+ monthly ad spend across a portfolio of accounts Agency or multi-brand background strongly preferred — you need to be able to manage 20 accounts without losing focus Deep proficiency in Seller Central and tools like Perpetua, Helium 10, or equivalent Strong analytical skills paired with genuine creative judgment — you can read data and brief a designer in the same afternoon Excellent written communication for internal briefs, strategy recommendations, and performance summaries Self-directed — you manage your own workload, set your own priorities, and flag problems early What This Role Is Not It is not entry-level. We will not train someone on Amazon or marketing fundamentals. It is not a pure ad buying role. If your entire skillset lives inside a campaign dashboard, this isn't the right fit. It is not client-facing, but your strategy and creative direction directly shape client outcomes — standards are high. It is not a single-account specialist role. Volume and variety are constants here.
