Senior Litify Solution Architect (Fractional / Contract) Applicants with direct Litify Professional Services experience or former Litify employees are strongly encouraged to apply. Location: Remote (U.S. Only) Hours: 10–25 hours per week to start, with potential for additional hours. Compensation: $90–$150/hour depending on experience. About Us The Law Firm of Aaron A. Herbert, P.C. is one of the fastest-growing personal injury law firms in Texas. We exclusively represent injured clients in automobile accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases. Our firm has invested heavily in Litify and Salesforce and is looking for a senior architect—not just a developer—to help us maximize our technology investment, improve automation, and build scalable workflows that support continued growth. We are replacing our current managed services provider and are looking for a long-term strategic partner who can own the architecture of our Litify environment. What You'll Do You will serve as our lead Litify Solution Architect and technical advisor. Responsibilities include: Review and document our existing Litify/Salesforce environment. Recommend improvements to architecture, automation, and data structure. Design scalable solutions before development begins. Lead development projects from concept through deployment. Build and optimize Salesforce Flows. Design custom objects, fields, validation rules, and Lightning pages. Develop Apex classes and Lightning Web Components only when appropriate. Improve intake workflows. Improve matter management workflows. Improve medical treatment tracking. Improve settlement and negotiation workflows. Improve document automation. Design executive dashboards and KPI reporting. Oversee integrations with RingCentral, DocuSign, Outlook, QuickBooks, and other third-party systems. Review developer work before deployment. Maintain sandbox environments and deployment strategy. Ensure future Litify upgrades are not negatively impacted by customizations. Provide weekly strategic planning meetings with firm leadership. Required Experience Applicants must have: 5+ years of Salesforce architecture experience. Extensive Salesforce Flow experience. Experience designing enterprise Salesforce solutions. Strong Apex development experience. Strong Lightning experience. Experience leading Salesforce implementations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently. Highly Preferred (These Candidates Will Receive Priority) Direct Litify implementation experience. Experience working with personal injury law firms. Experience building legal case management systems. Experience customizing intake workflows. Experience customizing matter management. Experience with settlement workflows. Experience with document generation. Experience integrating RingCentral. Experience with DocuSign. Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer, Administrator, Platform App Builder, AI Specialist, or related certifications). First 90 Days During your first three months, we expect you to: Complete a comprehensive audit of our Salesforce/Litify environment. Identify technical debt and provide recommendations. Document all Flows, Apex classes, integrations, and custom objects. Recommend cost-saving opportunities. Build a roadmap for future development. Improve performance and automation.
