We are looking for an experienced Make.com automation specialist to build a complete publishing workflow that dramatically reduces manual work while maintaining editorial approval before anything is published. This is not a beginner project. We are looking for someone who has previously built production workflows involving: Make.com WordPress Google Sheets Gmail AI APIs (Anthropic Claude preferred) REST APIs Mailchimp LinkedIn integrations Objective Build a reliable automation that converts incoming editorial content into professionally formatted WordPress draft posts requiring editorial approval before publication. The completed workflow should be stable, maintainable, and well documented. Current Workflow Today our editorial team: 1.receives press releases by email 2. receives links to external articles 3. receives PDF assets 4. manually writes WordPress posts 5. uploads images 6. formats content 7. schedules publication 8. updates internal tracking spreadsheets Most of this process should become automated.
