Senior Media Buyer — Business Loan Lead Generation (Meta / Reddit / YouTube)

We're hiring a media buyer with hands-on business loan / MCA / SBA / working capital lending experience to launch and scale paid lead-generation campaigns across Meta, Reddit, YouTube, and other relevant channels. This is NOT a generalist role — we need someone who has actually run paid media against business loan offers and understands the constraints of the vertical. **The role:** - Build and run paid campaigns generating qualified business loan applicant leads - Own creative, targeting, landing page conversion, and CPL optimization - Manage budget, ad accounts, and platform compliance - Report weekly on CPL and lead quality **Required:** - **Hands-on experience** running paid media for business loans, MCA, SBA, or working capital lending (no minimum years — what matters is the work itself) - **Meta Business Manager experience**, ideally under the Financial Products Special Ad Category - Experience with at least one of: Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads - Basic compliance awareness for lending advertising **Nice-to-have:** - Direct-response copywriting capability for ad creatives - Existing portfolio of lending landing pages that have converted - Lead-delivery integration experience (HubSpot, GHL, Zapier) - Pixel implementation + server-side tracking **Engagement:** - **30-day trial period** with defined budget and CPL targets - Ongoing structure based on fit - Weekly reporting **To apply, send:** 1.
