Senior Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Product Analyst (SME)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Product Analyst to work directly with our software development team in refining, testing, and validating a next-generation Revenue Cycle Management platform. This role requires deep expertise in medical billing, claims processing, denials, payment posting, A/R, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance, along with experience using platforms such as Axxess, HHAeXchange, WellSky, MatrixCare, or similar. The ideal candidate will serve as the operational subject matter expert, ensuring the software accurately reflects real-world billing workflows while identifying process improvements, validating business rules, certifying vendor import templates, and performing end-to-end user acceptance testing. You will own production-level validation of the platform by testing complete billing workflows, import engines, dashboards, work queues, reporting, customer onboarding, and revenue cycle operations. Working closely with developers and implementation specialists, you will document defects, recommend enhancements, verify new functionality, and help certify releases for production deployment, ensuring the platform is accurate, scalable, and ready for enterprise healthcare organizations.
