Build the Future Digital Operating Platform for a Growing Australian Business We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform and AI specialist to design and deliver a modern, integrated business management system over the next **3–5 months**. Our objective is to connect our existing business systems into a single intelligent platform that improves automation, reporting, customer communication and executive decision-making. This is a strategic project for a growing business, and we're looking for someone who can partner with us from solution design through to implementation. ### Existing Systems * ShopVOX (CRM / Production Management) * Xero * Microsoft 365 * SharePoint * Teams * Outlook * isCompliant (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) ### The Opportunity The successful consultant will design and implement integrations between these platforms using Microsoft technologies, automation and AI to create a scalable digital operating system. The solution will include: * Business system integrations * Workflow automation * AI-powered management reporting * Executive dashboards * Customer communication automation * Operational and compliance visibility * Financial reporting * Scalable architecture for future growth Skills & Experience We're looking for proven experience with: * Microsoft Power Platform * Power Automate * Power BI * SharePoint * Microsoft 365 * AI / Microsoft Copilot / Azure OpenAI * API integrations * ERP or business system integrations * Business process automation Experience integrating multiple third-party business applications is highly desirable.
