Senior PCB Design Engineer – Reverse Engineering Review (Ultrasound Medical Devices)

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced PCB Design Engineer to review reverse-engineered PCB designs for ultrasound probes. The projects involve MUX PCBs and Connector PCB Boards, and the goal is to verify accuracy, fix errors including routings, BOM, Gerber files and prepare file files for the manufacturer. Requirements: - Strong experience with PCB design and reverse engineering. - Experience with high-density, multilayer PCBs. - Experience reviewing schematics, Gerber files, and PCB layouts. - Familiarity with Altium Designer (preferred). - Experience with Medical Ultrasound Systems and Probes is a strong advantage. - Ability to identify design issues and recommend improvements and fix issues - NDA required Deliverables: - Review PCB design files. - Identify errors, missings tracks or vias, missing components, components part numbers and routing issues. - Provide recommendations for improvement. - Fix BOM, Gerber file, part markings, - Preparing final Gerber, BOM and Altium design files for manufacturers
