Senior Pitch Deck Strategist — Full Narrative + Design for Robotics/AI Seed Round (Premium Project)

I’m the founder of Eighty Eight Technologies (www.eighty8.com.my), a Malaysian industrial robotics and AI company. We supply and integrate industrial robots, autonomous mobile robots, and AI software — computer vision, MES, predictive maintenance — for manufacturing, ports, and logistics clients. I’m raising a seed round (RM1.5–2M) with meetings ahead that include private equity and institutional investors, and I need a pitch deck that performs in that room. I’m hiring one person, and I’m looking for the best — this is a strategy + storytelling + design role, not a slide-formatting job. What you’ll do: • Immerse yourself in my materials: company profile, product lines, problem statement, sales and pipeline data, fundraising goals • Run 1–2 working calls with me to pressure-test the story • Develop the complete investor narrative and slide architecture (~12–16 slides) — the arc, the emphasis, what to lead with, what to cut • Write every word of slide copy: tight, confident, investor-grade, and honest to my real numbers — we are an early-stage company with modest current revenue and a strong pipeline, and I want that told compellingly, not inflated • Design the full deck to a standard that holds up next to VC-backed decks: modern, restrained, tech/industrial aesthetic on my brand colors, with clean data visualization for pipeline, competition, and use-of-funds • Challenge me: if a slide, claim, or number weakens the pitch, I expect you to say so directly. I’m hiring judgment, not compliance. What excellent looks like to me: a deck where every slide earns its place, an investor can grasp the business in 3 minutes flat, and the story sounds like a category leader in the making — while surviving due diligence on every claim. Deliverables: • Complete editable deck (Canva preferred, PowerPoint acceptable) + polished PDF export • Three rounds of revisions • A short rationale memo: why you structured the story the way you did • Optional, quoted separately: 1-page investor teaser + a 10-minute verbal pitch script aligned to the deck Structure & budget: fixed price, milestone-based (narrative outline → full draft → final). I’m not shopping for the cheapest bid — quote what excellent work costs. Timeline: first full draft 2 days of kickoff.
