Senior Power BI / Data Integration Developer Needed for Genesys Cloud Reporting Project

We are looking for a senior Power BI and data integration developer to help build a reliable reporting foundation for a contact-center analytics project. This is not a simple dashboard design task. We need someone who can understand API-based data extraction, staging architecture, KPI logic, Power BI modeling, DAX, refresh reliability, and validation of reporting numbers. The ideal developer should have experience with: * Power BI data modeling and DAX * REST API integrations * SQL Server, Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric, or similar staging layers * Contact-center or telecom reporting * KPI development such as service level, AHT, ASA, abandonment, queue performance, and agent performance * Data validation and production reporting workflows Experience with Genesys Cloud CX is strongly preferred, but strong experience with similar contact-center platforms is acceptable. Please apply only if you can own the technical workflow from data extraction through Power BI reporting, not just build visuals from already-prepared data.
