Position Summary GWM Commercial Auto Glass is seeking an experienced Senior HR Practitioner to support the company in a fractional remote capacity. This role is best suited for a seasoned HR professional based in the Philippines who can serve as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on partner to leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience across HR operations, employee relations, recruiting support, performance management, policy development, and organizational structure. This person should be comfortable helping a growing company formalize people processes, improve accountability, and strengthen management practices in a fast-paced business environment. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the senior HR partner to company leadership on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development • Build, refine, and manage HR policies, SOPs, internal processes, and people-related documentation • Support recruiting efforts by helping create job descriptions, improve hiring workflows, assist with screening processes, and strengthen onboarding • Lead and support performance management processes, including KPI alignment, accountability systems, documentation standards, and coaching support • Advise leadership on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance improvement processes • Help improve organizational structure, role clarity, communication standards, and management effectiveness • Develop and implement onboarding and offboarding processes that improve consistency and employee experience • Review existing people practices and recommend improvements to support retention, engagement, and performance • Help ensure HR records, documentation, and internal systems are organized and maintained properly • Identify HR risks, culture issues, and operational people gaps, then recommend practical solutions • Support leadership with manager coaching and guidance on handling personnel matters professionally and consistently • Provide strategic and practical HR input in a remote, distributed work environment Required Qualifications • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience • Proven experience in a senior HR, HR business partner, HR manager, or fractional HR consulting role • Based in the Philippines • Strong experience in core HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, recruiting support, HR operations, and policy development • Experience supporting growing businesses, entrepreneurial companies, or small to mid-sized organizations • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to work independently in a remote setting • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution • Strong problem-solving, coaching, and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting U.S.-based companies with remote or offshore teams • Experience in service-based, sales-driven, operational, or multi-location businesses • Familiarity with performance-driven environments that rely on accountability, KPIs, and process discipline • Experience helping founder-led or fast-growing companies build HR structure from the ground up • HR certification is a plus • A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is an added advantage Success in This Role Success in this role will mean: • Leadership has a trusted HR partner who brings structure, clarity, and sound judgment • HR processes become more organized, consistent, and scalable • Hiring, onboarding, and performance management improve across the business • Managers are better equipped to lead teams and address personnel issues effectively • The company develops stronger people systems to support growth PLEASE SEND A SHORT VIDEO LINK OF YOU TALKING ABOUT YOUR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE TO APPLY, ONLY APPLICANTS WHO SUBMIT A VIDEO LINK WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE.
