Senior Product Designer (SaaS UX audits and redesigns)

## Senior Product Designer We are looking for a **Senior Product Designer** with strong experience auditing and redesigning complex digital products, especially B2B SaaS or software platforms. This is not a UI-only role. You should be able to identify usability problems, understand user workflows, recommend improvements, and redesign the product based on evidence. ### Responsibilities * Conduct end-to-end UX audits of existing products and workflows * Identify usability issues, workflow gaps, inconsistencies, and accessibility concerns * Prioritise findings based on user impact and business goals * Redesign complex product flows, dashboards, data-heavy screens, and operational workflows * Conduct user and stakeholder interviews when required * Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI designs * Present audit findings and clearly explain the reasoning behind design decisions * Work closely with product managers, developers, and clients * Contribute to or improve design systems * Prepare detailed, developer-ready design files and documentation ### Requirements * 5+ years of product design experience * Proven experience conducting UX audits * Proven experience redesigning existing products, not only designing new products from scratch * Strong understanding of user research, usability principles, interaction design, accessibility, and visual hierarchy * Experience working on complex SaaS, B2B, AI, healthcare, fintech, or operational software products * Ability to connect design decisions with user and business outcomes * Strong communication and presentation skills * Advanced proficiency in Figma ### Mandatory Portfolio Requirement Your portfolio **must include at least one detailed UX audit and product redesign case study**. The case study should clearly show: * The original product or workflow * The problems you identified * Your audit or research process * How you prioritised the issues * Before-and-after designs * The reasoning behind your design decisions * The impact or expected outcome of the redesign **Applications without a UX audit and redesign case study will be rejected.** Please do not apply with only visual design, branding, landing page, or UI concept projects.
