Senior Product Designer for B2B SaaS

We're looking for an experienced Product Designer to help us establish a complete Figma design system and recreate our existing web application in Figma. Our product is a B2B SaaS platform for K-12 professional development and teacher induction. The application is already built and in production. Your role is not to redesign the product from scratch, but to translate our existing application into clean, well-organized Figma files while improving consistency and usability where appropriate. Responsibilities Recreate our existing web application in Figma Build a scalable design system with reusable components and styles Create component variants, auto layouts, and design tokens where appropriate Ensure consistent spacing, typography, colors, and UI patterns throughout the product Work closely with our engineering team to ensure designs are practical to implement Design new features and improvements as we continue to evolve the product Create responsive desktop and mobile layouts when needed Organize Figma files so they're easy for developers to use Requirements Strong portfolio demonstrating SaaS web application design Expert-level Figma skills Experience creating design systems and component libraries Experience designing complex dashboards, forms, tables, and administrative interfaces Strong understanding of UX best practices Experience collaborating with software engineers Excellent communication skills Ability to explain design decisions Nice to Have Experience designing education technology (EdTech) products Experience designing enterprise or B2B software Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.) Experience creating developer-friendly design specifications Project Goals The end result should include: A complete Figma version of our application A reusable design system Organized component library Documentation for common UI patterns Designs for future features as needed When Applying Please include: Links to 3–5 SaaS products you've designed.
