Senior Quickbooks Bookkeeper - Long Term Partner for Growing Remote Firm

I'm building Spartan Bookkeeping. A remote bookkeeping firm focused on small owner-operated service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, lawn care, cleaning, pest control, etc.). Typical clients: 2–6 employees, $400K–$1.2M revenue, on QuickBooks Online, paying for monthly bookkeeping. The site is live, cold email is launching, and I'm going to be soon signing clients. I need a senior bookkeeper to work with me — not just for me — as we onboard clients and deliver monthly books together. This is a long-term, part-time collaboration. I'm looking for someone who wants to grow with a firm, not knock out one cleanup and disappear. What We Will Do: Client onboarding & scoping Assess how far behind books are, chart of accounts quality, bank feeds, payroll setup Help define scope: monthly bookkeeping vs. catch-up/cleanup, tier (Essential / Standard / Premium) Set up or clean up QBO before recurring work begins Monthly delivery (with me) Categorize transactions and maintain clean books Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and supporting reports Handle A/P and A/R when the client is on Standard/Premium tiers Flag issues early (mixed personal expenses, missing docs, payroll oddities) Partnership with me Show me how you work — I want to learn your process and standards Split work initially; over time I take on more under your review Review my work until you're confident in consistency and quality Help build repeatable onboarding checklists and client workflows I am looking for a quickbooks EXPERT extensive knowledge in bank reconciliation + month end close comfortable with catchup / cleanup projects
