In Scope - IFC schema upgrade: IFC2X3 → IFC4 (STR) and IFC4.3 (TRN, SGN) - Entity mapping with enumerations - Civil 3D re-export — TRN: 30 km of 4-lane carriageways with medians, 2 U-turns, 1 roundabout, 2 arrestor beds; SGN: project signage along the corridor - Revit STR: 15 box culverts + 2 stormwater channels (15.5 km). Re-categorise generic elements; - Scripted parameter population - NWC re-export with property sets; NWF/NWD federation rebuild - BEP and MIDP update (existing drafts) per NEOM TMP templates - FRM02 per discipline with honest LOC; PRC-030 numbering - Solibri compliance screenshot pack - CRS closeout responses with objective evidence per comment - File metadata sanitised to GeoSystems on all deliverables Out of Scope - COBie workbook or COBie parameters - clash detection - 4D/5D simulations Required Skills (evidenced) Civil 3D feature solids + PSDs; Revit Shared Parameters + IFC Export Setup + Shared Coordinates; IFC4/IFC4.3 entity mapping on a live project (not just theory); Navisworks NWC/NWF/NWD; Solibri Model Checker; Dynamo or Python scripting; Uniclass 2015; 5+ years infrastructure BIM; at least one NEOM PRC-009 or comparable Saudi Stage 4B project.
