About SOS Digital Marketing SOS Digital Marketing is a performance marketing agency based in Southern California specializing in: * SEO & Local SEO * Google Ads * YouTube Ads * Website Development * HubSpot Implementation & Automation * AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO) We’re a growing agency looking to build a repeatable outbound sales system and are seeking an experienced SDR/Appointment Setter to help generate qualified meetings with ideal prospects. The Role This is NOT a high-volume call center position. We’re looking for someone who can become part of our team and help us thoughtfully build a scalable outbound process. Responsibilities include: * Building targeted prospect lists * Researching ideal customer profiles (ICPs) * LinkedIn outreach * Email outreach and follow-up sequences * Cold calling when appropriate * Managing outreach activities within HubSpot * Booking qualified appointments with decision-makers * Helping refine messaging and sales processes over time The founder will handle discovery calls and closing. Your primary objective is generating quality conversations and building pipeline. Ideal Experience Required: * B2B prospecting and appointment setting experience * Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns * HubSpot CRM experience * Strong written and verbal English communication skills * Experience building and managing outbound sales sequences Strongly Preferred: * Experience selling SEO, Google Ads, websites, or digital marketing services * Previous experience working with marketing agencies * Familiarity with SMB and mid-market sales * Experience using AI tools to improve prospecting and research What Success Looks Like The right person will help us: * Build a repeatable outbound sales engine * Generate qualified meetings with ideal clients * Improve our prospecting systems over time * Become a long-term extension of our team To Apply, Please Answer: 1.
