Senior Sales Consultant

Proven experience in sales, sales management, sales audit, or sales process improvement. Experience managing or advising remote sales teams. Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales tracking. Experience in online education, executive education, higher education, training programs, admissions, or international student recruitment is highly preferred. Good understanding of lead generation through digital marketing, especially Google Ads. Ability to identify sales gaps and propose practical solutions. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to create KPIs, dashboards, follow-up processes and sales control systems. Comfortable working with a small, growing and international team. Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
