About Us TXC Designs is a rapidly growing e-commerce brand that sells aftermarket parts and accessories for electric dirt bikes and e-motos, including Sur-Ron, Talaria, E-Ride Pro, Ventus, Altis, and related platforms. We are looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Manager to take ownership of our Facebook advertising efforts and help scale revenue profitably. This role is focused exclusively on Facebook advertising. You will not be responsible for customer service, social media management, content posting, influencer outreach, email marketing, or general virtual assistant tasks. Responsibilities Manage all Facebook advertising campaigns Launch, optimize, and scale Facebook campaigns Build and manage campaign structures Create and manage retargeting campaigns Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities Monitor ROAS, MER, CAC, AOV, and conversion rates Allocate budget across campaigns Identify winning audiences and creative angles Provide creative recommendations to our content team Review Shopify and Facebook performance data Deliver weekly performance reports Present monthly growth recommendations Requirements 2+ years managing Facebook Ads Experience managing at least $20,000/month in Facebook ad spend Shopify e-commerce experience Experience selling physical products Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager Strong understanding of attribution and conversion tracking Strong English communication skills Ability to work independently Preferred Experience Powersports Motorcycles Automotive Bicycles Outdoor recreation Action sports Enthusiast consumer products Required Skills Facebook Advertising Facebook Ads Manager Shopify E-commerce Marketing Media Buying Performance Marketing Retargeting Marketing Analytics Conversion Rate Optimization Google Analytics What Success Looks Like Increased profitable revenue from Facebook Ads Lower customer acquisition costs Consistent creative testing process Improved account efficiency Scalable advertising systems Growth in new customer acquisition Application Instructions Please answer ALL of the following questions: What is the largest Shopify store you have personally managed?
