This is not a greenfield project. Our platform is already integrated with OpenAI and Claude, prompts are operational, and we are actively developing AI-powered capabilities. We are looking for a strategic expert who can review our current implementation, validate our architecture, identify opportunities for improvement, and help us build a world-class AI roadmap. About Us We develop a mature payroll and HR software platform built on PHP and MySQL. Our solution serves organizations that rely on accurate payroll processing, compliance, reporting, and employee management. We believe AI will transform payroll operations and want to ensure we implement it correctly from both a technical and business perspective. What You'll Do • Conduct a comprehensive review of our AI architecture and integrations. • Evaluate our OpenAI and Claude implementation strategy. • Review prompt engineering, context management, and AI workflows. • Recommend improvements for scalability, security, governance, and maintainability. • Advise on model selection and multi-model strategies. • Identify high-impact AI opportunities across payroll and HR operations. • Develop practical recommendations and an AI roadmap. • Provide executive-level guidance and technical leadership.
