Senior Sourcer

Job Title: Senior Technical Sourcer (US Recruiting) Location: Remote (India preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time About Us We are a fast-growing recruiting and technology company focused on helping startups and enterprises hire exceptional talent across the United States. Our team partners with companies ranging from early-stage startups to established organizations, sourcing top-tier engineering, product, AI, and leadership talent. We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Sourcer who is passionate about finding exceptional candidates, thrives on solving difficult hiring challenges, and understands the U.S. recruiting market. Responsibilities * Source high-quality candidates for technical and non-technical positions across the United States. * Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Indeed Resume, Google X-Ray, Boolean searches, and other sourcing techniques. * Identify passive candidates who are not actively applying for jobs. * Review resumes and evaluate candidate fit against job requirements. * Conduct initial outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels. * Schedule recruiter and hiring manager interviews. * Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). * Track sourcing metrics including outreach volume, response rates, qualified candidates, and interview conversions. * Work on multiple client requisitions simultaneously while meeting agreed-upon timelines. * Continuously improve sourcing strategies using new tools and AI where appropriate. Required Qualifications * 3+ years of experience sourcing candidates for U.S. positions. * Strong understanding of the U.S. hiring market. * Excellent Boolean search and internet sourcing skills. * Experience sourcing software engineers, product managers, TPMs, engineering managers, AI/ML engineers, DevOps engineers, data engineers, and other technology roles. * Familiarity with U.S. work authorization categories (U.S. Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, TN, EAD, etc.). * Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one major ATS. * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to assess candidate quality. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in a recruiting agency. * Experience sourcing for venture-backed startups. * Familiarity with AI sourcing tools and recruiting automation. * Experience working across multiple industries and clients. Success Metrics During your first 90 days, you should be able to: * Deliver 30–50 qualified candidates per open role each week. * Maintain a high candidate quality standard. * Achieve strong outreach response rates through personalized messaging. * Keep ATS records accurate and up to date. * Consistently meet sourcing deadlines across multiple open positions.
