Senior Supply Inventory Planner

Senior Supply & Inventory Planner Job Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-driven Senior Supply & Inventory Planner to manage and optimize global inventory and supply planning processes across multiple international markets, vendors, and distribution hubs. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) alignment, ensuring optimal stock levels, minimizing excess and obsolete inventory, and maintaining high service levels across regions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supply planning, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced, global CPG or DTC environment. Key Responsibilities • PSI Management: Own and manage the end-to-end PSI planning process, ensuring alignment between demand signals, supply plans, and inventory targets across regions. • Supply Planning Execution: Develop and execute supply and replenishment plans based on demand forecasts, production capacity, and supplier constraints. • Inventory Optimization: Monitor and optimize inventory levels across distribution centers and markets, balancing service levels, working capital, and SLOB (Slow-Moving and Obsolete Inventory). • S&OP Participation: Actively support S&OP cycles by providing supply constraints, inventory insights, and scenario analysis to enable effective decision-making. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Demand Planning, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment on supply plans and inventory strategies. • 3PL & Distribution Coordination: Partner with 3PL providers and regional warehouses to manage inventory flow, stock transfers, and replenishment activities. • Performance Monitoring: Track and report key KPIs such as inventory turnover, days of supply, fill rate, backorders, and forecast consumption. • Exception Management: Identify supply risks, shortages, or excess situations and proactively recommend mitigation actions. Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.Professional Experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, or PSI management.Experience in global or multi-country supply chain environments.Background in CPG, food, nutrition, or perishable supply chains is preferred.Strong hands-on experience in inventory control, replenishment planning, and supply execution.Technical Skills Proficiency in ERP and planning systems (SAP Business ByDesign preferred).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.Solid understanding of supply planning, inventory policies, and capacity constraints.Experience with advanced Excel and data analysis tools.
