You'll work remotely as an embedded member of our team, helping us engage Marketing Directors, CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Managing Directors, Founders, and other senior decision-makers across the UK. This role combines market research, relationship building, opportunity qualification, and appointment setting. We're not looking for a script reader or a high-volume call centre operator. We're looking for someone who enjoys having intelligent business conversations, asking great questions, uncovering opportunities, gathering market intelligence, and building relationships. We work with businesses across sectors including: Retail & eCommerce Automotive Financial Services Property Healthcare & Care Our team combines senior strategic expertise with AI-powered solutions to deliver measurable commercial outcomes for clients. ๐ What You'll Be Doing As our Telemarketing, Research & Appointment Setting Specialist, you'll be responsible for: Calling senior marketing and business decision-makers Conducting research and discovery conversations Gathering market intelligence and business insights Qualifying prospects against our target criteria Identifying opportunities for our services Booking meetings for our leadership team Working directly within HubSpot CRM to manage activities, contacts, notes, outcomes, and follow-up actions Updating and enriching prospect records Managing follow-up activity where appropriate You'll Have Access To HubSpot CRM containing 30,000+ contacts and companies A strategic target universe of approximately 1,300 ideal-fit organisations Existing account intelligence and engagement history Marketing interaction data and previous conversations Warm and dormant relationships Structured workflows and processes Many of the organisations you'll be contacting already have engagement history recorded within HubSpot, allowing you to have more informed and relevant conversations. ๐งพ Contract & Engagement Model This role is offered on an independent contractor basis through Upwork or a similar arrangement. You'll work as an embedded specialist within our team, collaborating closely with our CEO and leadership team while operating as an independent contractor.
