# Senior Website Designer & Developer (Webflow, WordPress & GoHighLevel) – Long-Term Agency Partner (FIRST PROJECT IS A WEBFLOW LANDING PAGE COMPLETE BY JULY 19) About Us Capture Connect Media is a strategic marketing and communications agency looking to add one or two experienced website designers/developers to our freelance team for ongoing client projects. We're looking for professionals who can take creative direction, branding, copy, assets, and project goals and transform them into modern, high-performing websites. This is an opportunity for a long-term partnership, not just a one-time project. --- Responsibilities * Design and develop modern, responsive websites using Webflow and/or WordPress * Create visually appealing front-end user experiences with strong attention to layout, typography, spacing, and usability * Build and manage back-end functionality, including CMS setup, plugins, forms, APIs, automations, and third-party integrations * Develop and customize GoHighLevel websites, funnels, landing pages, forms, calendars, workflows, and CRM automations * Translate Figma files, wireframes, creative direction, or brand assets into polished, production-ready websites * Utilize AI-powered tools and workflows to improve development speed, efficiency, and overall quality * Optimize websites for SEO, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and performance * Troubleshoot and resolve website issues including bugs, plugin conflicts, hosting issues, deployment problems, and performance concerns * Perform website maintenance, updates, and ongoing improvements as needed * Recommend improvements to design, user experience, functionality, and performance throughout the project—not simply execute instructions --- Qualifications * Strong experience with Webflow and/or WordPress * Experience with both front-end design and back-end website development * Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design * Experience building CMS-driven websites * Experience working from Figma files or design mockups * Experience configuring forms, plugins, APIs, automations, and third-party integrations * Experience with GoHighLevel websites, funnels, and CRM setup * Proficiency using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Relume, Lovable, or similar to improve development workflows * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication skills * Detail-oriented, dependable, and deadline-driven --- Bonus Skills * Custom WordPress theme development * Elementor, Bricks, or other WordPress builders * WooCommerce * Advanced Webflow animations and interactions * JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and basic PHP * SEO optimization * HubSpot, Zapier, Make, Airtable, Stripe, Memberstack, or similar integrations --- What We're Looking For We're looking for more than someone who can build websites.
