Senior WordPress Consultant and Sales support

We are looking for a North America-based Senior WordPress Consultant to support our agency on sales calls. This is not a standard WordPress developer role. We need someone senior who can act as a technical consultant during prospect/client conversations. You will help us assess technical feasibility, explain implementation options, identify risks, and give clear guidance around WordPress builds, redesigns, custom functionality, CSS, plugins, integrations, performance, and custom code. The right person has deep WordPress experience and can speak confidently with business owners, marketers, and internal project teams. Requirements: - Strong WordPress expertise. - Strong CSS and front-end implementation knowledge. - Comfortable with custom code. - Experience with plugin ecosystems, custom themes, integrations, and technical troubleshooting. - Able to join sales calls during North American business hours. - Strong client-facing communication. - Ability to explain technical issues clearly without overcomplicating. - Ability to identify risks, scope concerns, and implementation tradeoffs quickly. We are looking for someone senior, sharp, and honest. We do not need a junior executor or someone who only knows how to install plugins. We need someone who can help us win and scope WordPress projects properly.
