Senior Zoho Analytics & CRM Expert Needed

We are looking for an experienced Zoho expert to help improve reporting, dashboards, integrations, and workflows across our Zoho ecosystem. Scope Build and improve Zoho Analytics dashboards and reports Create executive-level revenue and funnel reporting Work with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Desk data Optimize formulas, joins, and reporting logic Review and improve CRM, Desk, and SMS-related workflows Assist with WhatsApp integration and customer messaging workflows Our Environment We currently use: Zoho Analytics Zoho CRM Zoho Books Zoho Desk Dialpad SMS We already have existing reports, clear business requirements, and a strong vision for the reporting system. Requirements Strong Zoho Analytics experience Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk Experience with reporting, dashboards, and business analytics Experience with integrations involving SMS, WhatsApp, or communication platforms Ability to improve existing systems and reports Budget Fixed-price project: $2,500–$3,000 We prefer milestone-based payments, with most of the budget tied to successful project completion. We're looking for a long-term relationship with someone who can also provide ongoing support, enhancements, and occasional urgent troubleshooting.
