Summary

Industrial / B2B & event marketing — multi-channel campaigns, conference and seminar activation, and LinkedIn-led demand programs for platform companies and their portfolios (e.g., United Flow Technologies and its operating companies). Healthcare / HCP — an expanding book of work targeting healthcare professionals with precision, where compliance and audience accuracy are non-negotiable. We're a lean team, so the person in this seat is a true operator — not a strategy-only seat (not looking for an agency, individuals only that may eventually become full-time). The Role: Own end-to-end campaign management across our paid media programs: planning, build, trafficking, daily optimization, and reporting. You'll be accountable for the campaigns you run, from media plan to post-campaign read. You'll own: -Full-funnel campaign management across LinkedIn and programmatic (DSP) channels -Audience strategy and builds, including HCP / NPI-level targeting by specialty and prescribing/behavioral signals, within compliant (e.g., HIPAA-aware) frameworks -Daily optimization against KPIs, pacing, and budget — bid, budget, audience, creative, and A/B testing -Clean tracking and measurement (UTMs, pixels/tags, conversion tracking, attribution basics) -Clear, decision-ready post-campaign reporting that ties spend to outcomes What You Bring: -5–10 years of paid media experience, ideally at a major agency -Expert-level LinkedIn Ads — Campaign Manager, audience strategy, B2B and event-driven campaigns -Fluent in how DSPs work — genuinely hands-on programmatic buying (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360; healthcare DSPs such as DeepIntent / PulsePoint a strong plus), not just oversight -Proven HCP-targeting experience in a healthcare, pharma, or medtech context — NPI lists, specialty segmentation, endemic inventory -Business-first instincts: you ask what we're trying to achieve before you ask what we're trying to spend -Strong written English, self-directed, and reliable in a remote setting To Apply Please send: 1) Your resume 2) One example post-campaign report you produced (blinded / redacted is fine) Please note: We read every submission personally.
