**Project Overview** You will be responsible for designing and QA-testing a robust Server-Side Google Tag Manager (ssGTM) architecture via Stape.io. This stack will feed first-party conversion data to our ad networks, push behavioral data into our product analytics, and identify anonymous corporate visitors for our sales and retargeting pipelines. **The Tech Stack** Infrastructure: - Google Tag Manager (Web & Server containers) - Stape.io Analytics: - GA4 (baseline traffic/conversions), - Mixpanel (deep quantitative product funnels/cohorts) - Microsoft Clarity (qualitative session replays/heatmaps) B2B Identity Resolution: - RB2B (reverse-IP tracking for corporate visitor identification) Compliance: - Zaraz (Cloudflare's Consent Management Platforms) The Ad Stack (CAPI & Conversion Tracking): - Google Ads - Facebook Ads - TikTok Ads - Microsoft Ads - LinkedIn Ads **Scope of Work & Deliverables** 1. Server-Side Architecture Setup: - Configure the ssGTM container using Stape.io, including custom domains for first-party cookie tracking to bypass Safari's privacy updates (ITP) and ad-blockers. 2. DataLayer Architecture & Implementation: - Design a comprehensive, standardized custom dataLayer schema mapped to our specific B2B conversion funnels and user journeys. - Provide clear documentation for our developers (or implement the code directly, depending on your frontend expertise) to push dynamic values (revenue, user IDs, B2B company data, lead stages) into the dataLayer at the correct trigger points. 3. Deep Analytics & UX Implementation: - Set up base traffic and conversion monitoring in GA4. - Map and pipe clean, structured event data into Mixpanel for deep funnel tracking and cohort analysis. - Install and configure Microsoft Clarity on key pages (especially checkout/conversion funnels) for qualitative insights. 4. B2B Intent & Identity Resolution Pipeline: - Implement our chosen reverse-IP tracking tool (RB2B) via GTM to unmask enterprise visitors (e.g., Boeing, Lockheed). - Ensure this identity data flows properly for sales outbound signals and LinkedIn Ads retargeting. 5. Ad Platform APIs & CAPI Deduplication: - Implement Server-Side tracking and Conversions APIs (CAPI) for Google, Facebook, TikTok, Microsoft, and LinkedIn Ads. - Ensure strict event deduplication (browser vs. server) and maximize event match quality scores. 6. Compliance & Consent Mode: - Implement and configure our Consent Management Platform. - Ensure Google Consent Mode v2 signals are accurately feeding into the ad accounts to maintain compliance without breaking data flows.
