ServiceNow Ecosystem Business Development Partner Overview We are building a specialist ServiceNow advisory consultancy focused on platform assessments, technical debt identification, governance reviews, AI readiness and executive-level remediation strategies. We are not a traditional ServiceNow implementation partner. We provide independent assessments and strategic recommendations that enable clients or their existing delivery partners to implement improvements. We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ecosystem business development professional to help grow this business through strategic relationships and new client acquisition. --- Responsibilities - Build relationships with ServiceNow partners and consultancies. - Identify organisations with ServiceNow platform challenges. - Meet Platform Owners, Product Owners, Enterprise Architects and IT leaders. - Attend ServiceNow events, conferences and user groups. - Identify opportunities relating to: - Technical debt - AI readiness - Service Catalogue optimisation - CMDB maturity - Flow Designer governance - Platform governance - Upgrade readiness - Gather market intelligence and customer requirements. - Qualify opportunities before introducing them to the consultancy. - Develop strategic partnerships with ServiceNow partners and enterprise customers. --- Ideal Background Experience in one or more of: - ServiceNow Account Executive - Partner Alliance Manager - Business Development Manager - Enterprise Software Sales - ITSM Consulting Sales - ServiceNow Partner Ecosystem Existing relationships within the ServiceNow community would be highly advantageous. --- Our Services We specialise in: - ServiceNow Platform Health Checks - Technical Debt Assessments - Service Catalogue Assessments - Flow Designer Reviews - CMDB Assessments - Governance Reviews - AI Readiness Assessments - Executive White Papers - Strategic Remediation Roadmaps Implementation is normally undertaken by the client's own delivery teams or an implementation partner. --- What Success Looks Like The successful candidate will: - Build relationships with ServiceNow partners. - Generate qualified opportunities. - Arrange meetings with decision-makers. - Identify organisations requiring independent platform assessments. - Help establish long-term strategic partnerships. --- Commercial Model Flexible arrangements considered, including: - Commission per qualified opportunity. - Revenue share. - Retainer plus commission. - Long-term partnership.
