Summary

I want to set up my zoho crm so that when I create a verbal agreement opportunity it automatically creates various tasks we need to do for the client at various points based on time until the day of the training event. So for example, if today we get verbal agreement for a december 1 event, there are tasks for invoicing and contracting as well as a meeting the week of November 15, sending final invoice on december 1, etc. We suspect this should only take 1-2 hours to set up. We just do not know how to do it correctly.
